The Olympics are nearly here...

Wow, the Olympics are nearly here and there are things to do already. We went to the Coke area at the Bay and they had this pin board. You just have to bring/buy a pin then you can pin it on the board...you are supposed to pin it where you are from. My Dad and I took a photo with one of the torches and there were pin traders there too. We went to see the lanterns and art work on Granville Street. Then we went to the art gallery and Robson Square. You can skate for free there and there tons of people lining up there to pick up Olympic tickets. I had a great time exploring my hometown. Go Canada go!!!

Avram is 8!

Avram had is 8th birthday party at a rock climbing place. It was called the Edge. I was a little bit afraid at first but I did warm up after a while. I kept telling my Mommy & Daddy that I was afraid of heights...which is exactly why I couldn't go up to the very top of the wall. Allan was trying to help me get even higher but I wanted to come down. They even made me limbo but I cheated a little (so were most of my friends).

Happy Birthday with Ya Ya & Ma Ma

Ya Ya and Ma Ma let me pick out my own birthday cake. It's an oreo ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. It was super yummy. We had dinner over at their house tonight to celebrate my birthday day.

Today is my birthday. Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to Justin, Happy Birthday to me! I had a great time at my birthday party. I had a joint birthday party with my friend Melanie on Sunday. Happy Birthday to Melanie too. Here are some photos from the Birthday Party. We had a great time! Christmas/New Year's Potluck

We had a potluck today. Auntie Daphne, Uncle Raymond, Ashley and Aubrey were in town to help celebrate with us. There were lots of kids there. We played Wii, made our own sundaes and we had lots of silly fun. We had lots of good food too. It was a yummy day.

Guardians of the Christmas Tree

Here are the Guardians of my Christmas Tree. I just wanted to make sure that all the Christmas presents will be protected when they start arriving...even though there aren't any down there right now. Mom says this will be changed very soon...I'm hoping.

Santa Parade 2009

Here I am waiting for the Santa Parade. We had to go down there and wait an hour ahead of time...or else there isn't any room for you to see the parade. Can you see the photo with all the bag pipers walking by...this is what I saw when I was sitting down. I ended up standing for most of the parade so I could see better. It was lots of fun. I saw Quatchie, Sumi and Miga (Olympic Mascots). It was really cold that day but it wasn't raining. I did get a lot of goodies...cow bell, purdy chocolates, candy canes and more chocolates.

Bored while shopping
