Word on the Street

Wow! I'm so lucky. We went to Word on the Street today and we had tons of fun. Mommy & Daddy bought this book bag for me and then we went around finding all the stands that were apart of the Treasure Hunt. It was so much fun. I received lots of new books, watched a puppet show, listened to a book reading and entered a contest to win Westjet tickets. I hope we can go next year too.

Deer Lake Park

Deer Lake Park was so much fun. I love feeding the ducks and geese. We brought bread and they couldn't stay away from me. This is one of my favourite places to feed the duckies. I can't wait to go back again.

Last Chance for Playland

Next weekend Playland will close for the season so we (Wesley & I) went to Playland one more time. It was fun. We went through the glass house a million times. Mommy was wondering if we were getting dizzy. We all went on the log ride and we all got wet. It was super fun and I hope we can do this again soon.

David Lam Park

We had a great time today at David Lam Park. There were all sorts of things going on. Steve Nash was there playing soccer which is why Daddy was carrying me on his shoulders. I completed a BC Hydro powersmart race under 30 seconds to win a pair of bam bams. I even balanced a soccer ball on my back and they gave me a t-shirt.

Avalon Day

I had a great day today with my cousin Mya at Avalon Day. We went for a tour in the milk factory, milked a pretend cow and I made my own rope. It was lots of fun and I even bumped into my friends from school.

Back to piano lessons

It is the start of the new school year for piano too. Today is my first day back at school. I really like piano and I've been practicing over the summer. I have some new friends at school and the class is entirely full.

Swimming

I have no idea why the two top photos loaded in incorrectly. They weren't taken that way. I'll get Mommy to fix it later. My new instructor is Kristen. She seems kind of funny. Look she put her student list on her head. This is the first time that all my friends are in the same class. Their names are Wyatt, Nicholas & Alexia. We are having a great time in class.

Ma Ma's Birthday

It was Ma Ma's Birthday today. We went for dinner then we had a fruit flan for dessert. I asked for the "Happy Birthday Mom" plaque from the cake but it wasn't chocolate...and it wasn't very good. I took a few bites but I didn't want it. Happy Birthday Ma Ma (Grandma)!!!

1st Day Back at School

It's my first day back at school. Mommy took the day off today so she can drop me off and pick me up. I was even allowed to play with the PSP before school. It's a special day today so they let me. I didn't have a very good night's sleep but I guess I was thinking about school too much. I have a new assistant teacher and his name is Mr. Brennan. He seems pretty nice and he even speaks french. Mrs. Reid said I had a really great day at school today. I'm happy to back at school.

PNE 2009

We went to the PNE today. I had a great time. We went to see the pig races, the parade, the Irish dance show and the Superdogs. It was so fun. I actually went to the dentist today too then we went back to the PNE to have some more fun. Luckily Mommy & Daddy didn't have to go to work today.
