We went to Granville Island today to feed the pigeons, duckies and geese. I had a great time feeding them bread. The geese almost wanted to attack me so they could get all the bread. I was able to fend them off. We even went to the Kids Market for a little while to play some games. It was the best. I was really lucky and I won over 100 tickets from one game. I'm going to save the tickets for something bigger next time. I'm so glad that Mommy & Daddy have the entire week off.

Going to the playground
We went to the playground today after dinner at Po Po's. I rode my bike and cousin Mya got a ride on my Dad's shoulders. I was trying to catch up to my Dad on my bike at the playground. He's pretty fast but I caught up to him. Can you see Mac in the background trying to catch up to us? I was a little tired by the time I rode back to Po Po's place. There's a bit of a hill or as Mommy calls it an incline.

Kerrisdale Days again...
It was a great day! We had terrific weather, yummy treats and a fun horse carriage ride. This clown named "Buttons" made me a balloon laser gun and I had lunch at McDonald's. I love going on the horse carriage ride...even though we have to wait a LONG time. I really don't mind. I even wanted to go on the pony ride but they left by the time we got there. Too bad maybe next year.

Summer of Love
They were celebrating on West 4th today. It was the Summer of Love 2009 today (celebrating the 40th anniversary of Woodstock) and they closed many blocks along West 4th. I had a great time looking at all the classic cars, meeting Ronald McDonald and colouring. Do you see mini man he's posing with the Porsche. Very cool!

Celebration of Light - China
We waited and waited on the beach for the fireworks. I played in the sand and washed my feet in the water with my Godmother. I had fun but I was so tired by the time the fireworks arrived...I fell asleep part way through. Mommy showed me some of her photos so I didn't miss that much. You can see some of them here. China ended up winning the fireworks competition...I guess we were pretty lucky that we went that night.
