BBQ w/thunder & lightning

We planned a BBQ for tonight and we were expecting to be able to sit outside. Plans changed and it was raining w/thunder & lightning. We had to eat inside and we played Wii instead. This is Josh and my Dad sitting on the sofa.

Taste of the City

Mmm mmmm good! We went to Taste of the City today. It was really yummy except that all I wanted to eat was salmon cones from the same stall. I ate almost 3 of them. Mommy & Daddy were both so surprised that I liked salmon cones so much.

Summer swimming session

This is my 2nd class for the summer session. Diana is my instructor and she's a really good teacher. I think I'll really improve this time. I have to build up my strength so I can swim the entire length of the pool without stopping.

Happy Birthday Po Po!!!

Happy Birthday Po Po! We went out for dinner tonight. How old is Po Po? I can't remember. I think 70 something but I'm told she doesn't look that old.

Water park

I had a playdate today with Hannah and her little brother, Joshua. We met them at the Steveston playground. I didn't remember they had a water park there and I didn't bring my swimming trunks. I really wanted to go in even though I didn't have my swimming suit. I ended up going in anyway and I had lots of fun. Hannah went in too with all her clothes on. I met this boy named Phillip and we played together for a while.

Let's fly kites

I had a really fun time with Wesley today. We went to Vanier Park and flew kites. We had a really fun time chasing each other around. We flew kites and helped this nice man fly his kite. He had this really neat kite that had two strings and he let us fly it. He was super nice and we had a wonderful time with him.

Happy Canada Day!

We went down to Canada Place to enjoy the festivites today. There were so many people there. We went to see the Convention Centre, the stands, the stages and I spun some wheels. I won a few pins and received a bunch of tatoos. It was really fun!
