Guardians of the Christmas Tree

Here are the Guardians of my Christmas Tree. I just wanted to make sure that all the Christmas presents will be protected when they start arriving...even though there aren't any down there right now. Mom says this will be changed very soon...I'm hoping.

Santa Parade 2009

Here I am waiting for the Santa Parade. We had to go down there and wait an hour ahead of time...or else there isn't any room for you to see the parade. Can you see the photo with all the bag pipers walking by...this is what I saw when I was sitting down. I ended up standing for most of the parade so I could see better. It was lots of fun. I saw Quatchie, Sumi and Miga (Olympic Mascots). It was really cold that day but it wasn't raining. I did get a lot of goodies...cow bell, purdy chocolates, candy canes and more chocolates.

Bored while shopping

This is what happens when I get bored while shopping. I start making funny faces and playing with things. What do you think? I'm not going to overboard - am I?

Happy Birthday Christina

Christina invited me to her 7th birthday. She had her birthday party at the Vancouver Aquarium. I had a great time. We stayed a little bit longer but then they had to evacuate the building b/c they had a blackout.

Happy Birthday Mateo!!!

I had a great time at Mateo's Birthday party. He turned 9 years old today. I actually didn't want to leave the party. Mateo asked me to stay a little longer so I did. I was the last one to leave. The party was held at the BC Sports Hall of Fame.

Operation Christmas Child 2009

Last year our family donated 2 boxes to Operation Christmas Child. This year we invited my to join in and we donated 24 boxes to Operation Christmas Child. We brought all the items for the boxes to school and we prepared them there. It was great and everyone enjoyed it. Hopefully, we'll have more to donate next year.

Swimming...

The entire class is here. Here are my friends - Alexia, Wyatt and Nicholas. I'm really having a great time with my friends but sometimes we talk a little too much.

Happy Halloween

Do you like my costume? I started out with the my voice changer helmet on but soon afterwards my Dad was wearing it. Mommy stayed home to give out candies. After I finished trick-or-treating then I gave out candies at home. I think I might even like giving out candies more than going trick-or-treating. I got to choose what to give out and how much...woo hoo, so much fun!

We aren't always able to make it to class together...this was a good day and all four of us are here. Let's have fun while we can.

The Laughing Statues

Have you seen these statues yet? They are so much fun. You must go and see them for yourself. There were so many people there taking photos just like me. English Bay is the place to be.

Happy Birthday Shaolin

Shaolin had a ice skating Birthday Party this year. I had a great time even though I'm not a very good skater. I have to take some lessons soon. I hope she likes her present. I bought her a Smart-Opedia book. I actually want one too. Help me find one.

Happy Birthday Ya Ya!!!

It was Ya Ya's Birthday today. It was also the day of the Moon Festival so we went up to Queen Elizabeth Park to see if there was anyone with lanterns. There were lots of people up there even though it was kind of cold. Too bad Mommy & Daddy didn't have a lantern for me. They said they'll get me something next year.

Swimming

Here we are in swim class learning something new. It's called the bridge float and I can do it without the noodle now too. We have to take a big breath and blow out the air under water...plus we have to let our arms hang down.

Word on the Street

Wow! I'm so lucky. We went to Word on the Street today and we had tons of fun. Mommy & Daddy bought this book bag for me and then we went around finding all the stands that were apart of the Treasure Hunt. It was so much fun. I received lots of new books, watched a puppet show, listened to a book reading and entered a contest to win Westjet tickets. I hope we can go next year too.

Deer Lake Park

Deer Lake Park was so much fun. I love feeding the ducks and geese. We brought bread and they couldn't stay away from me. This is one of my favourite places to feed the duckies. I can't wait to go back again.

Last Chance for Playland

Next weekend Playland will close for the season so we (Wesley & I) went to Playland one more time. It was fun. We went through the glass house a million times. Mommy was wondering if we were getting dizzy. We all went on the log ride and we all got wet. It was super fun and I hope we can do this again soon.
